Requesting a rental  is very simple. Please use the following links below to access information and forms for your rental. Please fill in all of the requested information in the ‘Equipment Request’ tab and submit the form. Take a moment to review our policies, and if any questions should arise, contact us via email here.  

 

RENTAL POLICIES

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 

Please download and fill out all documents posted below, and feel free to contact Redefine Rentals at anytime with questions or concerns regarding any of the three documents listed:

  1. Redefine Rentals LLC Rental Agreement
  2. Redefine Rentals LLC Customer Profile form
  3. Customer Insurance Form

All documents are formatted as PDF’s and are meant to be completed electronically (Please be sure to keep the documents in their original format .pdf)  Once completed, all forms should be emailed to:

The Redefine Rentals Administrative staff will contact you same day via email and telephone with rental availability and pricing. NOTE: Redefine Rentals will not store any personal information online. This information is used soley to charge clients for rentals and expedite the rental process by storing clients information EXCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION on our secure client server.

 

REQUESTING A RENTAL

Clients will also find the “Redefine Rentals Equipment Request Form” below under the “Equipment Request” tab. Please complete this form with all necessary contact information and provide a list of desired gear in the “Gear Requested” section. Also feel free to detail any questions or concerns you may have within this gear requested section.

 

DEPOSIT 

All costumers renting Redefine Rentals RED Scarlet body/packages will be required to post a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit a minimum of 5 days prior to the start of rental their period. This deposit secures your reservation and will be credited towards your final rental invoice. As of now Redefine Rentals only requires a deposit for the RED Scarlet body/packages. Canon/Nikon DSLR and Cinema/Photo accessories are exempt.

 

RENTAL TERMS

  • The rental period officially begins at 6:30 AM on the morning of clients first rental day, however clients may request permission to pick up equipment the night prior to their designated rental start date, depending the availability of the equipment. Client’s rental expires at 6:00 AM on the morning following their designated rental end date.
  • Redefine Rentals weekly rental period is 5 days. The Rental begins on Monday at 6:30 AM and ends Saturday at 6:00 AM
  • Redefine Rentals monthly rate is available on request.
  • Clients should always feel free to contact Redefine Rentals to request extra rental days. If available clients will be required to rent equipment at the normal day rate for each item each additional day required.

NOTE: CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA DAY AT NORMAL DAY RATE IF EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED ANY LATER THAN 1   HOUR PAST DEADLINE, UNLESS CLIENT HAS MADE PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS WITH REDEFINE RENTALS.
